You can attend any of the Nourish and Nurture or Breastfeeding Groups where you can meet other breastfeeding mums and parents. Join us and other parents to chat, get breastfeeding support and enjoy infant massage with your baby. Our sessions are aimed at parents with babies who are receiving any amount of breast milk, either fully breastfeeding, expressing, exclusively pumping, combination feeding or partially breastfeeding.

There is usually a breastfeeding peer supporter at the groups as well. You can attend any of the group drop-ins, there is no need to book, just turn up at any of the venues listed. For the Zoom session, call the number listed in the table to register.
