Local support groups for breastfeeding mums and parents.
You can attend any of the Nourish and Nurture or Breastfeeding Groups where you can meet other breastfeeding mums and parents. Join us and other parents to chat, get breastfeeding support and enjoy infant massage with your baby. Our sessions are aimed at parents with babies who are receiving any amount of breast milk, either fully breastfeeding, expressing, exclusively pumping, combination feeding or partially breastfeeding.
There is usually a breastfeeding peer supporter at the groups as well. You can attend any of the group drop-ins, there is no need to book, just turn up at any of the venues listed. For the Zoom session, call the number listed in the table to register.
The nourish and nurture, breastfeeding groups and The Latch Clinic will be closed for the Christmas period from Tuesday 23rd December restarting on Monday 5th January. You can still find support from your infant feeding midwifery and health visiting team on the numbers below:*
Infant feeding support. Whatever your feeding method, whether breastfeeding, combination feeding or infant formula feeding, your Midwife or Health Visitor can answer any questions you have.

*please note the midwifery infant feeding service and health visiting service are not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
