We know mums have the legal right to breastfeed anywhere (2010 Equality Act). Though, many do not feel confident doing it in public. Our award scheme aims to make things easier. It will help you find where you will be welcomed when out and about in Calderdale.
Your GP and other health or social care professional may refer you to a Health Visitor and you can contact the service directly. All services are available 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. There is a single point of access telephone phone number, which is: 030 0304 5076 (this is a local call rate telephone number)
